Prospective homebuyers are invited to a free “tips’’ workshop on financing and consumer-awareness matters being sponsored Wednesday by a pair of state agencies.
The state Department of Consumer Protection and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) will host the workshop at 6 p.m. at the Berlin-Peck Public Library, 234 Kensington Road in Berlin.
Both agencies’ commissioners say they will have staff on hand to answer consumers’ questions and provide information.
