CT firm’s pain device to sell in Korea

Fairfield medical-device maker Competitive Technologies Inc. says Korean health regulators have okayed sales of its pain-treatment machine there.

Competitive Tech’s South Korean partner, GEOMC Co. Ltd., will now begin marketing the Calmare medical device.
