A Norwalk-based exterior home contractor has been bought by a Cincinnati-headquartered exterior home builder.
Landmark Exteriors has been acquired by Valor Exterior Partners, a portfolio company of Florida-based private equity firm Osceola Capital.
The deal’s financial terms were not disclosed.
Landmark, which was founded in 1997, and Valor both provide roofing, siding and other exterior home services to residential homeowners.

Valor said buying Landmark marks its eighth acquisition since its founding in September 2024 and expands the company’s presence into Connecticut and New York.
Osceola Capital said it invests in lower middle-market services companies that typically generate between $2 million and $10 million in EBITDA.
