Norwalk construction-maintenance services giant Emcor Group Inc. is boosting its regular dividend by 20 percent and declared a special dividend, both to be disbursed to stockholders before this year is out.
Emcor’s board raised the regular dividend to 6 cents from a nickel. It also declared a special cash dividend of 25 cents a share, both to be paid on Dec. 28 to common stockholders on record by Dec. 18.
The accelerated payment of the regular dividend applies is for one time only, the company said.
