New Haven accounting firm Meyers, Harrison & Pia, LLC has branched into Maine, with its purchase of a firm that provides business valuation and other services there.
Meyers Harrison bought Fannon Valuation Group, of Portland, Maine, for undisclosed terms.
CPA Nancy J. Fannon owned the firm that also assesses economic damages and provides litigation-support services.
With the deal, Meyers Harrison now has 48 employees in offices in Connecticut, New York, and Maine.
