The public will have an opportunity March 16 in Hartford to learn more about a pair of proposed trans-Connecticut rail and road commuter projects aimed at enhancing the region’s transportation options.
The Capitol Region Council of Governments will host a 6 p.m. presentation and question-and-answer session on both the planned Hartford-New Britain busway and New Haven-Hartford-Springfield rail line at the downtown Hartford Public Library, 500 Main St.
