The Connecticut Better Business Bureau says it has yanked its accreditation from seven Connecticut businesses for failing to adhere to its quality standards.
The BBB says it now publicly identifies companies that have lost their accreditation to maintain confidence in the BBB name.
All seven either amassed an excessively large volume of consumer complaints, failed to resolve complaints, or failed to address complaints in what the BBB says was a timely manner.
They are: Forefront Financial Services; LiquaCoat; American Home Partners; All Seasons Home Improvement; Â Paul’s Wall to Wall Floor Covering; Brothers Pool Enterprises; Frank Young Remodeling & Painting; and CJ’s Vinyl Siding and Roofing LLC.
