A Connecticut bank has announced the passing of a C-suite executive.
Steven Grunblatt, executive vice president and chief information officer for Stamford-based Patriot National Bancorp, died Dec. 18, the bank announced in an SEC filing. He was 61 years old.
Grunblatt, who lived in Mahwah, New Jersey, served as the bank’s chief information officer since April 2021 and its senior vice president of technology from November 2014 to April 2021, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The New York native had a 40-year career in information technology that began at Financial Security Assurance in New York, according to his obituary.
