Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen has promoted Antonia D. Howard to associate attorney general for administration and management.
She has headed the AG’s employment rights department since 2011, and joined the office in 1997. In her new role, she will oversee staff development, professional training and office policies and procedures.
Howard succeeds Margaret Q. Chapple, who Jepsen recently named associate attorney general for litigation. Assistant Attorney General Ann E. Lynch will head the employment rights department.
