A pair of Connecticut advertising-marketing firms have merged into a full-service agency serving in-state and New York metro area clients, authorities say.
In-House Marketing LLC, of Litchfield, and i3 Convergence Marketing, based in Wilton, announced Tuesday creation of Mesa Integrated LLC. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
In-House Marketing founder Wendy Gladstein is Mesa’s president. I3 partner Jim Fennell is executive vice president and his co-founder Kevin McGuire is vice president and creative director.
The 11-employee agency will be based at 725 Bantam Road (Route 202) in Litchfield, but retain its Wilton office at 11 Grumman Hill Road as a satellite.
The firm handles strategic positioning and multi-channel communications, along with branding, advertising, interactive, promotion, media planning and placement, and market research and analytics.
