Water and coffee supplier Crystal Rock Holdings Inc. said it has acquired the assets of Universal Business Equipment Corp. effective today.
The Watertown company said Universal’s route operations and customer service employees, we well as vehicles, customer data and internal systems will be absorbed.
Universal sells a variety products that will expand Crystal Rock’s offerings for employers, including electronics, furniture and office supplies.
