Glastonbury marketing communications agency Cronin and Co. has hired three new employees and promoted a fourth.
Cronin promoted Michelle Szafranski from assistant account executive to executive. She has been at the agency since 2011.
Cronin hired Emily Erdman, previously of Martino & Binzer, as senior account executive; Nicole Stavola, formerly of The Pita Group, as interactive project manager; and Elise Prairie, formerly of Norwalk’s Media Storm, as assistant account executive.
