A 57,000-square-foot retail plaza on Rte. 3 in Cromwell will be on the virtual auction block next month.
According to a recent listing by auctioneer Ten-X, online bidding for Crossroads of Cromwell will run from March 22 to March 24, with a starting bid price of $2 million.
Built in 1988, the nearly 15-acre plaza located at 34 Shunpike Road plaza is 80% occupied with 15 tenants, the largest of which include Restore-Habitat for Humanity, AAA, Benjamin Moore and The Paint Spot/Benjamin Moore.
The current owner of Crossroads is Greenwich-based Pilot Real Estate Group.
Philip Gagnon of Collier International is the seller’s broker.
