Covenant Village of Cromwell has named Pamela Klapproth as executive director, Margaretann Foster as sales director and Michael Hamel as facilities operations director.
Klapproth, who will be responsible for the overall management of the faith-based nonprofit, previously held leadership positions at Stoneridge in Mystic, Seabury and Genesis Health Care.
Foster previously held sales management positions at Masonicare at Ashlar Village in Wallingford and Elim Park Baptist Home in Cheshire.
Hamel previously worked for Alzheimer’s Resource Center of Connecticut, Benchmark Senior Living and Athena Healthcare Corp.
