A Cromwell office building that is home to consumer-packaged goods company i-Health Inc. has been listed for sale.
The 38,200-square-foot office building at 55 Sebethe Drive has been listed for rent or sale at $4.95 million.Â
The building was erected in 2007 and sits on a 7.47-acre lot.Â
It’s currently owned by LDNA LLC, which is controlled by David Roman and Craig Cleasby, who list Middletown business addresses, state records show.Â
i-Health Inc. is the only tenant in the building. The company, which is a division of DSM, was recognized by the Hartford Business Journal in 2017 for having an innovative office space.Â
According to listing materials published by Colliers, the building offers Class A workspace, 9-foot finished ceilings and a recreation area on the first floor, designed to inspire creativity and innovation.
