A Cromwell industrial building has sold for $1.75 million, property records show.
The 21,000-square-foot property at 5 Progress Drive sold in late summer.
The buyer was Progress Partners LLC, which is controlled by George Flevotomos of Westfield, Massachusetts.
The seller was Cromwell-based Atlantic Ventilating and Equipment Co., which lists its main headquarters location at 125 Sebethe Drive, records show.

The property sits on 1.69 acres, was constructed in 1986 and features two loading docks, one levelator, and one drive-in bay, according to CoStar.
Colliers International was the listing broker, according to CoStar.
