A 123-room hotel in Cromwell recently sold for $17 million.
In a deed recorded May 1, the Springhill Suites by Marriott at 76 Berlin Road sold to a limited liability company headed by Milin Patel and Monita Patel of Longmeadow, Mass., and Jyotiben Patel of East Haven.
The Springhill brand is known for larger guest suites, offering separate areas for sleeping, working and relaxing.
Ajesh B. Patel, of East Parsippany, New Jersey, signed the deed on behalf of the seller, AVA Realty Cromwell LLP.
The four-story hotel sits on 1 acre and was completed in 2020.
The sale marks at least the second SpringHill Suites hotel transaction in Connecticut this year. In March, the 80-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mystic Waterford sold for $8.74 million, or about $109,250 per room.
