Stamford electricity supplier Crius Energy has expanded its partnership with Frontier Communication to offer solar power to the telecommunication company’s residential customers in Connecticut.
The deal under FTR Energy Services’ flag grows an offer that previously extended to only Frontier customers in New York, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana.
Crius gains valuable access to residential customers in trying to sell them on solar installations. In addition to Connecticut, the move also expands Crius’ solar operations into California, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, New York, and Washington.
The move will start in April in California, the country’s largest solar market.
