An Ohio manufacturer of pepper spray guns and other personal defense products has appointed Suzanne M. Hopgood, chairwoman of the Capital Region Development Authority, to its board of directors.
Hopgood, who is CEO of crisis planning consultancy the Hopgood Group and previously worked for Aetna Realty Advisors, fills a vacant sixth seat on Mace Security International’s board.
She previously served on the board of PointBlank Solutions, a provider of bullet-resistant vests to the military and law enforcement.
