John Wolfe, general manager of Cox Communications’ Northeast region since 2012, has left to lead its southwest region, the company said.
Wolfe joined Cox in 1995, and previously held government affairs and communications roles for the cable and Internet provider. He is relocating to Phoenix, Ariz.
Cox serves 19 Connecticut cities and towns, according to the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
Pipier Bewlay, vice president of human resources for the Northeast region, has taken over Wolfe’s role in the interim, according to spokeswoman Dana Alexander Nolfe. The company is searching for a permanent replacement.
