Hartford Covenant Preparatory School has appointed Glenn Winfree as head of school.
Winfree has been a trustee at the independent day school for boys in grades five through eight since 2011. He replaces Interim Head of School George Swope.
He most recently worked for Aetna, and earlier in his career, was an intervention specialist for inner city middle school students in New York City. Winfree owns Process Education Model, which trains education professionals.
