Courtyard by Marriott says it opened a new 125-room hotel in Southington on Tuesday.
Billed as Courtyard by Marriott Southington, the facility at 1081 West St. is owned by AVA Realty Southington and managed by Titan Hotel Group of Pennsylvania. The cost of the development was not released.
Hotel officials said the facility has a 1,400-square-foot fitness center, 1,100 square feet of meeting space for functions up to 75 people, and a patio and guest laundry area.
The hotel also features a bistro that provides “made-to-order” breakfast, dinner and a slate of cocktails, beers and wine. It also houses a business library with computers, a printer and separate computer stations for checking flight status and printing airline boarding passes.
The four-story hotel is located 2 ½ miles from Bristol’s Lake Compounce amusement park and just over 3 miles from ESPN’s North Campus.
