A commencement ceremony in New Britain Jan. 14 marked the conclusion of the “super advocacy” training program conducted by Community Mental Health Affiliates and Advocacy Unlimited Inc. The course is designed for young adults age 18-25 who are in recovery from mental health and substance abuse issues.
