Deborah J. Costantini, Robert A. Marsoli Jr., Nicholas J. Moroniti and Alison B. Hoffmann have accepted ownership stakes in Hamden-based Hoffmann Architects, an architecture and engineering firm specializing in the rehabilitation of building exteriors.
Costantini, senior architect; Marsoli, senior engineer; Moroniti, information technology manager; and Hoffmann, communications manager, join 11 company executives who became shareholders in previous years. As joint owners, they will share responsibility for the firm’s success with the other owners and with John Hoffmann, who will continue as majority shareholder.
