Judith Corprew has officially taken over as CEO of New Haven Bank.
Corprew joined the bank as president in June 2024. She has over 40 years of community banking experience, with concentrations in credit, risk management, lending, compliance and corporate governance.
Her most recent position was with Stamford-based Patriot Bank, where she served as chief risk and compliance officer and executive vice president. She left Patriot Bank, with $1.1 billion in assets, on May 3, regulatory filings show.
Corprew succeeds Maureen Frank, who is retiring after 11 years serving as president and CEO, and who will remain on the board.
The leadership transition was originally announced in June.
Established in 2010, New Haven Bank is a $196 million commercial bank that is also designated as a Community Development Financial Institution.
