The New England chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association has chosen Anissa Ladd, senior national sales manager at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, as its president.
Ladd has worked for center manager Waterford Venue Services for 11 years and for the convention center since 2006.
During her one-year term with PCMA, Ladd will lead board and membership meetings, make committee appointments and work toward chapter goals.
