Construction and relocation specialist Diversified Project Management, co-headquartered in Hartford, said it has been acquired by Pennsylvania’s STV Group, which has an office in Milford.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
DPM, which has 65 employees and is also based in Newton, Mass., will become a part of STV’s construction management practice, operating under the name STV/DPM, the companies said.
“The union advances STV’s strategic goal to deepen its 35-year presence in the New England marketplace while enhancing existing service lines,” STV CEO Milo Riverso said in a statement. “It is consistent with STV’s strategic plan to become a national provider of construction and project management services.”
DPM has clients in a variety of industries, including academic, corporate, health care, technology and R&D.
