Connecticut Voices for Children, a statewide research think tank, has hired Derek Thomas as its new fiscal policy fellow.
Thomas served as senior policy analyst for the Indiana Institute for Working Families since 2012, where he focused on state-level economic analysis and policy work to support mobility for low-income families. Thomas’ research and analysis has been cited by national media outlets and government agencies.
