The Connecticut Open women’s tennis tournament over the weekend in New Haven saw strong increases in attendance and ticket revenues from last year.
Ticket budget and revenues increased 16 percent over 2014, according to the tournament. The women’s professional tennis tournament also reached 78 sponsors this year, up from 60 last year.
