Connecticut’s inventory of foreclosed homes continued to shrink in June, according to Corelogic.
The ratio of mortgaged homes in some level of foreclosure was 1.7 percent in June — the 10th highest in the country.
That was down from 2.7 percent in June 2014, which was the sixth highest of any state. And it was down from 1.8 percent in May.
Over the past year, there were 5,226 foreclosures completed in Connecticut, down from 5,498 between June 2013 and June 2014.
