The Connecticut Department of Transportation will hold a public forum July 16 to discuss design concepts for the Flower Street pedestrian bridge in Hartford.
The bridge for walkers, runners, and cyclists will be built over the Amtrak and the New Britain-Hartford busway route. The busway has been rebranded CTfastrak.
The forum also will discuss other capital projects planned to improve vehicular and non-motorized traffic in the Flower Street area.
