West Hartford IT and cybersecurity firm CompassMSP has named Donald (Don) Swartz chief operating officer.
He takes responsibility for service delivery as well as client experience and retention.
With nearly 40 years in technology services, he is known for his abilities in employee engagement, service delivery and customer retention, the company said.
