The Community Health & Wellness Center in Torrington has named Kieu Stephens as chief financial officer, and Chris Martinez as information technology director.
Stephens comes from an extensive healthcare background in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors as well as data analytics, experience with startup operations, and over 10 years in the finance-healthcare space.
Martinez has held significant roles as an information technology engineer, independent IT consultant, and IT director.
