The New Britain-based Community Foundation of Greater New Britain has promoted two employees.
Kaylah Milligan has been promoted to director of philanthropy. Milligan has been with the foundation for more than 10 years and previously served as director of development and community response.
Candice Tabone has been promoted to program officer of scholarship and sponsorships, as well as liaison with the Community Chest of New Britain & Berlin. Tabone has been with the foundation for more than four years.
