Brian Carcaterra, a commercial real estate professional with two decades of experience, has rejoined New York-based Newmark Group Inc. as executive managing director of its Stamford office.
In his new role, Carcaterra will represent tenants and landlords in commercial lease deals and provide advisory services in Fairfield and Westchester counties, Newmark said.
He last worked for Newmark as a principal from January 2003 to September 2012, according to his LinkedIn profile. In that role, he advised office tenants and landlords in Connecticut, Newmark said.
Carcaterra joins Newmark after working most recently as executive vice president at Stamford-based Building and Land Technology (BLT), where he oversaw leasing across an 8 million-square-foot national office portfolio.
