A multi-tenant commercial property in Orange has been sold for more than $2 million.
Six One Boston Post Road LLC and principal Karen Hine sold the property at 61 Boston Post Road in October for $2.2 million to East Haven-based Master One LLC and principal Michael Eisenson, according to town and state records.
The 13,000-square foot building sits on 2.4 acres along the busy commercial stretch of Route 1/Boston Post Road. It was built in 1970 and has space for three tenants, including a Town Fair Tire location.
The property had a total appraised value of $1.75 million as of 2022, according to town records.Â
