A one-story commercial building in Norwalk has exchanged hands for $2.35 million, according to the city’s property records. 594 Main Ave LLC, controlled by Edaf Yoseffi, bought the property in March. An email to 594 Main Ave LLC was not immediately returned. The seller was Rello Realty LLC, controlled by James Vecchiariello, of Danbury, and Andrew Vecchiariello, of Rye, New York. They bought the building for $520,000 in 1997. The property, which sits on a 0.48-acre parcel and was built in 1967, is appraised at $2.9 million and assessed at $2.03 million.
