A commercial building hosting a 7-Eleven in Enfield recently sold for $850,000.
Elm St. Property Management, of Somers, sold the 9,008-square-foot building on about two-thirds of an acre at 204 Elm St. to Y&S Mistri LLC. The $850,000 sale was recorded Jan. 11.
Kamlesh and Rachna Mistri, of Enfield, are principals of the buyer.
The brick-sided building continues to host a 7-Eleven store. The property’s prior owner bought it for $375,000 in October 2012, according to assessing records.
