A Colorado real estate investment firm specializing in medical and healthcare properties has purchased a Bethel medical office building for $1.69 million — more than $1 million above its assessed market value.
Colorado Springs-based Health Wealth Capital, doing business as Health Wealth Fund One Series 1 LLC, has bought the two-story, 4,662-square-foot building at 76 Stony Hill Road.
The seller was 76 Stony Hill LLC, controlled by Walter Kostrzewski and Kristen De Stronie, both of Bethel, according to property records.
The building has four office spaces with tenants that include Stony Hill Dental Care, health insurance provider HIQS Group and Douglas Muckell, a certified public accountant.
The property is appraised at $635,200 and assessed at $444,640. It sits on a 0.35-acre parcel and was built in 1976.
Calls to Health Wealth Capital were not immediately returned. According to its website the company buys and manages medical and dental office properties across the country.
