A top broker at real estate services firm Colliers has been named president of the Connecticut/Western Massachusetts chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a professional organization for commercial real estate specialists.
John J. Cafasso, a principal in Colliers’ Hartford and New Haven offices, will lead the chapter for a two-year term, the organization announced.
Cafasso plans to focus on member engagement, professional programs and opportunities for members to exchange market information.
He represents property owners, investors and tenants in commercial real estate transactions throughout Connecticut and the Northeast and holds the SIOR and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations.
