Colliers International has hired Stephanie Cabral as an associate on its Hartford team.
In her role, she will focus on marketing commercial properties and representing tenants and buyers in the health care and office markets.
Cabral is licensed as an attorney in Connecticut and Florida, and has represented clients in land purchases, property sales, construction inspection and claims, site selection and lease negotiations.
She has served as both secretary and treasurer of the Connecticut Bar Association’s alternative dispute resolution section. In 2010, she was selected to serve as U.S. delegate to a United Nations working group dedicated to transnational dispute resolution.
