Harc, a Hartford-based nonprofit that helps those with intellectual disabilities, has named Russell Coleman its new president and CEO.
Coleman joins Harc with 20 years of experience working in the human services industry. Prior positions include 17 years with ICES in Naugatuck and most recently serving as executive director at Allied Rehabilitation Centers Inc.
He replaces Kenneth Cabral, who left the organization in May after less than two years on the job. Daniel McLaughlin, Harc’s CFO, had been serving as interim CEO.
