Ridgefield real estate broker Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage says three realty offices downstate have swapped their Century 21 banners for Coldwell’s.
Coldwell Banker said Tuesday it acquired assets of three Richter Real Estate Inc. offices that operated as Century 21 Richter in Fairfield, Stratford and Trumbull.
Financial or other terms weren’t disclosed.
Former owners Paul and Robert Richter and their 78 sales associates will join Coldwell Banker, the broker said.
