Coldwell buys Enfield broker Alaimo & Corrado

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has acquired central Connecticut rival Century 21 Alaimo & Corrado in Enfield.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Alaimo’s South Windsor office at 285 Oakland Road will merge with Coldwell’s office in that town, at 481 Buckland Road.

Jerry Alaimo, former co-owner and president, will run his former offices at 25 Palomba Drive in Enfield and 1 Mountain Road in Suffield as a sales leader under the Coldwell banner. Richard Corrado and Brian Banak also will remain as salesmen with Coldwell.

Century 21 Alaimo had 49 sales associates in its three offices.

With the acquisition, Coldwell Banker has 46 offices and a sales force of more than 2,100 sales associates in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
