Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has acquired the assets of property broker Alaimo & Barile Real Estate, which operated in north central Connecticut.
Former co-owners Robert Alaimo, Michael Barile and Jody Cox will remain with Coldwell Banker as agents, the firm said Tuesday.
This is Coldwell Bankers’ sixth acquisition of a Connecticut brokerage in the last 15 months.
With this one, Coldwell has 47 offices and more than 2,100 sales associates and staff in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
