Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., has acquired the assets of three offices in Avon, Farmington and Simsbury, previously owned and operated by William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.
Approximately 46 sales associates from these offices will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
All other William Pitt offices will continue to operate under the William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty name.
William Pitt has chosen focus in its core market areas along the Connecticut shoreline, and in Fairfield County and New Haven.
