Southington’s Connecticut Online Computer Center Inc., otherwise known as COCC, has raised just under $1.6 million in equity, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
COCC, which makes banking and financial software, said it’s trying to raise as much as $15 million. The money raised so far comes from 17 investors.
The company moved from Avon to Southington last year after purchasing an office building on Executive Boulevard for $2 million.
A spokesman for COCC did not return a call seeking comment about the equity raise.
