Co-owners of a New York-based tile and stone contractor have purchased a one-story, 10,000-square-foot retail building in Greenwich for $2.5 million, according to land records.
21 North LLC, controlled by Robert Troccoli and Anthony Casola, both of New York, bought the vacant property, at 21 Northfield St., in late October. They co-own Jantile Inc., a New York-based installer of tile and stone flooring. An email to Robert Troccoli was not immediately returned.
The seller is 21 Northfield St LLC, which is controlled by Loretta O’Leary, of Greenwich. She has owned the property since 2007.
The building, which sits on a 0.33-acre parcel and was constructed in 1905, was appraised at $2.42 million and assessed at $1.69 million.
