The co-owner and president of Rebel Interactive, a digital marketing firm in Cheshire, has taken a new job.
Allison Minutillo has joined Primacy, a full-service digital experience agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida, as senior vice president of marketing services. She will work out of the company’s Farmington office.
“In this newly created role, Minutillo will define, activate and lead a comprehensive suite of strategic, omni-channel marketing services for both clients and the agency alike,” Primacy said in an announcement.
Minutillo, who lives in Farmington with her husband and two children, has 15 years of marketing agency experience.
Recently, she led Rebel Interactive’s move from Southington to a newly renovated office building in Cheshire.
In her new role, she will bridge Primacy’s creative, content and digital service offerings with the agency’s paid media strengths, on behalf of Mediate.ly, the agency said.
Also, Minutillo will spearhead the marketing strategy and activation efforts for the agency, as well as a team of marketing professionals.
“Allison’s talents, drive and reputation for exceptional leadership are a shining example of Primacy’s core values,” said Stan Valencis, president and owner of Primacy/Digital United. “Her team will drive significant agency growth alongside her peers across the Digital United (holding company) brands. She’s the final senior leadership puzzle piece as we strive towards our north star, and are thrilled to have her on our team.”
At Rebel Interactive, Minutillo was the host of the Rebel Leadership Podcast, and was named one of the region’s Top 25 Women in Business by the Hartford Business Journal for 2023.
