Co-Communications, a full-service marketing and public relations agency with offices in Farmington and N.Y., has acquired 341 Studios, a marketing and design agency based in Darien. Financial details were not disclosed.
As part of the acquisition, 341 Studios will take the name Co-Communications. Stacey Cohen, president & CEO of Co-Communications, said her firm has evolved from its inception in 1997 as a traditional public relations agency to offer more expansive, integrated communications solutions.
With the acquisition, the combined services of the two firms now include: marketing, advertising, public relations, social media marketing, branding, and web design and development. In addition to the firm’s similar values, the client portfolios align with both firms working in real estate, finance, healthcare, education, nonprofit, hospitality and tourism.
